Program. TKO Suites Text Messages, sent from 516-430-6957 and, for existing clients' account texts, 917-540-3738. We text (1) people who ask us for information during a call or through our website, about their inquiry: office availability, tour times, pricing, links they request and follow-ups; and (2) existing clients, about their own account: one-time verification codes, invoices, payment links, receipts and billing notices.

How you opt in. By asking us to text you during a call; by checking the text-message box on a website form (Contact, a location inquiry, Create Account, or My Account > Contact Info); or, for clients, by asking for a verification code or payment link during a call. Account texts go only to a mobile number listed on the client's account. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Account texts by phone. Existing clients can call our accounts line at 917-540-3738 and ask for a one-time verification code or a payment link by text. Before sending, we confirm the mobile number already on the client's account and ask: "Is it OK if TKO Suites texts that to the mobile on file ending in [last 4 digits]? You will get one text for this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Our SMS terms are at tkosuites.com/privacy-policy." We text only after the client says yes. Staff summaries. TKO Suites staff who agree to it get one short daily summary of items waiting on their approval from 888-530-7266.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP, call 646-798-4254 or email support@tkosuites.com for help.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for marketing. See section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
