Do we have to deal with each location separately?
No. One TKO contact coordinates every location for you, from the proposal through move-in and any changes later on.
Will a TKO office meet my state's physical-office requirement?
A TKO private office is a real, dedicated office with a street address and staffed reception, and many companies use theirs for state registrations and licenses. Each regulator sets its own rules, so please confirm the requirements with your regulator or counsel. Tell us what you need and we will provide the documents we can, such as your office agreement.
Do you offer virtual offices too?
Yes. Where your team does not need a full-time office, a virtual office gives you a professional business address, mail handling, a local phone number and meeting room time.
How quickly can we open?
You can typically move in within days of signing. Give us your target date and we will confirm availability for every location in your proposal.
Can we add or drop locations later?
Yes. Terms run from a few months to five years and are set per location, so you can add locations as you grow or let one end when you no longer need it.
Can our traveling staff use other TKO locations?
Yes. Meeting rooms at every location can be booked online by the hour, so your team can meet clients wherever we are.
What if we need a state where you do not have a location yet?
